Ski Trip 2025, Italy, Piancavallo – Important Passport Information
Please find below important information regarding UK passport validity for travel within the EU:
Please check your passports expiry and issue date. If you are a UK passport holder traveling within the EU, your passport will need to meet the following criteria.
- Passport must be valid for at least three months after the day you plan to depart from the EU
- Passport must be no more than 10 years old (see issue date) on the date of travel to the EU – passports for children under 16 years of age are valid for 5 years.

In order to keep passports safe during the trip, we would like to collect them shortly before the departure date and keep hold of them throughout the trip. Students will need to hand them in to reception where they will be locked in our safe. This will also ensure we have them all on the morning of departure.
