37 hours per week, across 5 days, term time only, including 5 training days
working 07:45 to 15:45 on Monday to Thursday; 07:45 to 15:15 on Friday
Level & Salary:
NJC Level 3B (point range 6 to 8)
Actual Gross Salary £17,225 to £17,921 per annum
Full Time Equivalent £19,698 to £20,493 per annum
We are looking to recruit an Inclusion Room Co-ordinator to work directly with the Pastoral Team to assist in monitoring behaviour and putting in correct support for students and families. The post holder will have a calm but resilient manner, be approachable and warm, but able to maintain authority at all times.
The primary purpose of the post is to co-ordinate support for students in the Inclusion Room ensuring they can remain in school, and to organise and lead Restorative Practices meetings between students and staff. Training and support will be provided for this role.
