To start September 2020, we are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and engaging Teacher of Maths. We offer a creative Key Stage 3 Maths curriculum, as part of our unique connected curriculum. We deliver GCSE Maths across years, 9, 10 and 11, with results improving yearly. We have good numbers moving from Year 11 into Post 16 Maths, where we deliver a high quality programme of teaching.
Within the department we have the potential to fully support Newly Qualified Teachers beginning their teaching career. Additionally, we have the flexibility to offer a more experienced teacher A-level teaching in Maths, Level 3 Core Maths and Further Maths, if desired. There is scope for the right candidate to progress and assume additional responsibilities within the school or department.
The successful candidate will be:
Teachers of other subjects will be considered, alongside a commitment to retrain to specialise in Maths.
