Dear Parents / Carers

Natural History Museum – Friday 20th January 2023 

We would like to invite your child on a Geography trip to the Natural History Museum. This trip is a fantastic opportunity to bring learning alive and hopefully improve your child’s chances of obtaining their predicted grade.

We will be travelling by coach and will therefore need a contribution for this of £16 which is made payable via your ParentPay account.  This will cover transportation costs, insurance and all other relevant administration. We will be leaving at 7:45am and will return to school at 4pm.

Students will need to bring a packed lunch, snacks and a drink or they may buy food. They may wear non-school uniform.  Students on free school meals will be able to collect their lunch from the Bistro before they leave at 9.45am.

They will have the opportunity to visit the gift shop at the museum and can buy food and drink, though this will be expensive. Spending money along with mobile phones and cameras are permitted but brought by students at their own risk.

IMPORTANT: To reserve a place on this trip please give Parental Consent and pay via the ParentPay system.  Places will be on a first come first served basis and will go live on ParentPay on Thursday 22nd December at 8am. .
