Dear Parent/Carer

In order to make Textiles cost effective for parents/carers we have a system in place to ensure every child has the opportunity to access most key resources in school, but we do ask that GCSE students pay for their own sketchbooks.

For Year 9 students the requirement is one A4 sketchbook.

In years 10 and 11 we use A3 sketchbooks – a separate letter will be sent nearer the time.

We buy the sketchbooks in bulk so the price is heavily discounted. The normal retail price would be circa £6. We can offer them for £2.50. This cost will be put on your Parent Pay account to make payment simpler.
