Art Sketchbook

Dear Parent/Carer
In order to make Art cost effective for parents/carers we have a system in place to ensure every child has the opportunity to access most key resources in school, but we do ask that GCSE students pay for their own sketchbooks for their coursework projects.

For Year 10 students the requirement is one A3 sketchbooks for coursework. An additional sketchbook may be required depending on the volume of work created by your child. If this is the case, you will be notified via InTouch. The sketchbook should be paid for by the end of September 2023, as books have been handed out to students ready to start their project.

We buy the sketchbooks in bulk so the price is heavily discounted. The normal retail price would be
circa £10. We can offer them for £4.  This cost will be put on your Parent Pay account to make
payment simpler. Each student should bring proof of payment, such as a screenshot of the receipt,
to their lesson.
