Pembroke College Visit – 4th October

Pembroke College, University of Cambridge – Wednesday 4th October 2023

Dear Parents/Carers,

Pembroke College, University of Cambridge has invited Biddenham students to attend a taster day on Wednesday 4^th October. The purpose of the visit is to aspire Year 10 and 11 students to apply to Oxbridge and Russell group universities.

The itinerary for the day will include:

• An introduction to the University of Cambridge
• Q & A session with current students
• Lunch and a tour with Pembroke College students
• Subject taster lecture or Museum session
• Post-16 choices and thinking about the future

Your child has been selected to take part in this event. Students will be travelling to the college by school mini bus. There is no travel cost involved for students. We will be leaving Biddenham at 8.15am and will be back at Biddenham for approximately 4.30pm (traffic permitting). Students are expected to be in full school uniform. Lunch will be provided. Please indicate any dietary requirements. Please log in to ParentPay to give parental consent.
