Year 11 Prom, Woodland Manor Hotel
We are really excited to share with the Class of ‘24 some details about their Year 11 Prom. The Prom will be held at Woodland Manor Hotel, Clapham, Bedfordshire, MK41 6EP on Thursday 11th July 2024 from 6.30pm – 10.30pm. The Year 11 Prom promises to be a night to remember with a delicious finger buffet, fun entertainment, and awards for a variety of categories! There will also be a few other surprises throughout the evening. We look forward to celebrating with you in the usual smart prom attire.
We would like to be very clear that alcohol is strictly forbidden and only soft drinks can be purchased from the bar. Please bring extra money for this. We may also check bags at the entry point to the venue and any prohibited items will be confiscated. Anyone arriving to the event intoxicated or behaving in an unsociable manner will be removed from the venue by security and no refund will be actioned. If this occurs parents/carers will be asked to collect their children.
With rising costs, we have tried to keep our tickets as low as possible and they are priced at £25. Tickets can be purchased via your parent pay account. Unfortunately due to limited space at the venue, only a limited number of tickets will be available so we advise you get your ticket promptly. Please be aware that no refunds will be given and tickets cannot be issued until payment is made in full. Tickets will be available to collect via reception from Monday 6th May. Prom tickets will be required to be shown on entry to Woodland Manor.
