Culinary Experience at Amici’s restaurant, Bedford

The Food Technology department have arranged for year 10 students to take part in a Mediterranean and Italian culinary experience at Amici’s restaurant in Bedford. Students will participate in one session on either Tuesday 21st May or Thursday 23rd May.

Students will have the chance to choose a dish from a personalised menu which they will then have the opportunity to get involved in making and presenting before enjoying with a soft drink. The menu will be sent out closer to the time for students to choose from as well as specify any dietary requirements/allergies.

Students will walk to the restaurant from Biddenham School, departing at 11.50am and returning at approximately 2.30pm. They will need to be in full school uniform.

The cost of this trip is £17.00 which includes food and drink. To confirm your child’s place, please provide payment and parental consent via your ParentPay account by no later than Friday 3rd May.
