Year 11 Prom – Thursday 11th July
We hope you are looking forward to the year 11 Prom, being held at Woodland Manor Hotel, Clapham, Bedfordshire on Thursday 1st July from 6.30pm – 10.30pm. You can find more information on the venue here https://www.woodlandmanorhotel.co.uk
The evening promises to be a night to remember, with a delicious finger buffet, fun entertainment, and awards for a variety of categories! There will also be a few other surprises throughout the evening. We look forward to celebrating with you in the usual smart prom attire.
For those of you that have not yet got your ticket, these can be purchased through ParentPay priced at £25.00. Please note that tickets are limited so we advise purchasing as soon as you can to avoid missing out. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be issued until full payment is received. Once available, tickets can be collected from reception. Tickets will need to be shown upon entry to Woodlands Manor on the night.
We would like to be very clear that alcohol is strictly forbidden and only soft drinks can be purchased from the bar. Please bring extra money for this. We may also check bags at the entry point to the venue and any prohibited items will be confiscated. Anyone arriving to the event intoxicated or behaving in an unsociable manner will be removed from the venue by security and no refund will be actioned. If this occurs parents/carers will be asked to collect their children.
